Our Structure
Established in 2022, Iredell Ready is a partnership of industry, academia, government, and the nonprofit community to identify, align, and enhance strategic priorities across the workforce development pipeline from early childhood education to retirement. Iredell Ready is managed by the Iredell County Economic Development Corporation through the Iredell EDC Foundation, a 501(c)3, in partnership with a governing board to include industry, education, private and public sector leadership.

Our Funding
Iredell Ready’s initial funding and support was backed by our founding partners – Centralina Workforce Development Board, NCWorks Career Centers, Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce, Iredell County, Iredell County Economic Development Corporation, Mooresville Graded School District, Iredell- Statesville Schools, and Mitchell Community College. These organizations have generously committed $750,000 over three years, coupled with volunteer efforts and tailored programs to bolster our workforce pipeline.
