Join us for the Employer Internship Workshop: A Guide to Successful Internship Programs, presented in collaboration with Mitchell Community College’s Customized Training, Business Services, and the Small Business Center, with participation from Iredell Ready. This workshop will equip employers with the knowledge and strategies to develop effective internship programs.

• 🕘 8:30–9:30 a.m. – Best Practices: Establishing internship programs, key components, and job descriptions
• 🕙 9:30–10:00 a.m. – Panel Discussion: Insights from employers with successful internship models
• 🕥 10:00–11:00 a.m. – Mini Business Expo Connecting with Local Schools including Iredell Statesville Schools, Mooresville Graded School District, Mitchell Community College, Iredell Ready, and more!
